How working together actually looks.
No two clients start in the same place. Everyone follows the same simple process to get here.
From your first conversation to ongoing support between sessions — here’s exactly what to expect when you start leadership and health coaching with GC Integrated Wellness.
The process, start to finish
Five steps, no guesswork. Most clients are through step three within their first two to three weeks.
Step 1
Discovery Call
A free, low-pressure conversation about what’s changing in your career and your life right now, and whether integrated leadership and health coaching is the right fit.
Step 2
Intake & Goal-Setting
A short intake form covering your health history, current stress load, and what you’re hoping to work through. This shapes your entire first session, so we start already knowing your context instead of spending it on paperwork.
Step 3
Your first session
We anchor in what’s actually going on — a reorg, a promotion, a life change — and identify the one or two goals most worth focusing on first. You leave with a clear plan, not a vague sense of “we’ll figure it out.”
Step 4
Ongoing coaching cadence
Regular sessions, typically every two weeks (you set the pace), blending leadership frameworks with health and stress support. Between sessions, you have direct text access for real-time challenges that can’t wait two weeks.
Step 5
Milestones & check-ins
Every few sessions, we step back and revisit your goals together — what’s working, what’s shifted, and where to focus next. Coaching adjusts as your season of change does
Inside a typical session
Every session moves between two tracks, because they’re rarely separate problems in practice.
